The hotel met all requests, it was a really really nice stay during the holidays. The room was recently refurbished and top-notch with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the multiple bathroom. The property served continental breakfasts.

Newly remodelled and fairly clean place, exceptionally pleasant and cooperative staff. Large room, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room. Convenient design. Central location right next to everything in a short drive. Based really close to downtown Orlando, other shopping area and popular attractions.

We arrived with my parents at 6 AM and they welcomed us with open doors without any problem, at that time the system was not working but still they registered us and let us rest after all the tired trip, I don't know if he is the owner or the manager but he is a very nice person with Asian descent. The spacious rooms, the comfortable beds and everything in order as well as the cleanliness, the varied and ample breakfast (although every day was the same, you could eat something different every day) and fresh, the staff everywhere very kind, one day our microwave was spoiled and they changed it for us, too, on the ground floor there are places where you can buy the universal tickets at the same price as on the website (recommended, because I saw some people having problems with the codes they sent by printing) on the islands they give you a card and with that you will not have problems in the parks. Close to everything, free transportation to the parks of universal (round trip with special schedule, be more than punctual because the bus can leave you!)
